ADECEF is a Global Roaming Quality vendor certified by GSMA. It's RoamFix solution automatically calculates the complete IR.81 KPI's, and allows for on line SLA's management, alarming and reporting. ADECEF has participated in the drafting of the IR.81 standard since its origins, and was the first GRQ vendor to be officially certified by GSMA.
E2E revenue assurance audits are performed by simulating subscriber's activity profiles and generating traffic accordingly in a systematic and programmed way. The process allows the validation of the whole revenue chains.
Fraud detection policies are today mandatory due to increasing by pass termination practices. As it is commonly known, these terminations violate interconnection agreements and produce important revenue shortages for operators.
RoamFix solution allows for a proactive application of value-added services (VAS) quality monitoring policies within the domestic network. A complete set of predefined test suites allows for monitoring real time performance of SMS, MMS, DATA, GPRS, 3G, WAP and content platforms. It also became a powerfull tool for benchmarking and campaigns validations.
