Global Roaming Quality
ADECEF is a Global Roaming Quality vendor certified by GSMA. It's RoamFix solution automatically calculates the complete IR.81 KPI's, and allows for on line SLA's management, alarming and reporting. ADECEF has participated in the drafting of the IR.81 standard since its origins, and was the first GRQ vendor to be officially certified by GSMA.
GRQ is the most recent and important initiative of GSMA to regulate the quality of service agreed upon between roaming partners. It's in depth knowledge of this new standard and the extensive coverage of its RoamFix platform, with presence in more than 50 countries, allows ADECEF to offer complete, reliable, high quality roaming services, either under opex or capex business models.
