Revenue Assurance
E2E revenue assurance audits are performed by simulating subscriber's activity profiles and generating traffic accordingly in a systematic and programmed way. The process allows the validation of the whole revenue chains.
An independent set of CDR's are generated and fed into a conciliator for cross referencing against CDR's generated by legacy platforms, leading to inconsistencies detections and fixes. This process allows for continuous validation of the revenue chain from an E2E perspective, and is particularly useful to proactively moderate the impact and instabilities caused by the application of new billing plans, the launching of new services, platform upgrades and promotions.
